Brandon Walter is a college student, non-profit outreach founder/leader and awarded Community Awareness Activist Leader of the Year by MPowerment Alliance.
Brandon maintains Board Membership or non-Board leadership roles in Youth Eastside Services (YES), Seattle Safe Schools, the Eastside Diversity Coalition and Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (P-FLAG). He is a frequent speaker for such organizations as Microsoft, Starbucks, Seattle Public Schools and the City of Kirkland. He has also spoken in support of the film and been a regular panelist for national conferences in Denver and Washington, DC. Brandon is also featured in the documentary PUT THIS ON THE {MAP}.
In the future, Brandon plans to finish his degree and continue supporting community actions that enable, empower and engage community youth.
