Reteaching Gender & Sexuality is a message about queer youth action and resilience. It was created by the makers of PUT THIS ON THE MAP as a companion project. The campaign website is www.reteachinggenderandsexuality.org

The video was generated to promote additional queer youth voices into the national conversations about queer youth lives following a series of media reports on queer youth suicides in 2010. Reteaching Gender & Sexuality seeks to steer the conversation beyond the symptom of bullying, to consider systemic issues and deeper beliefs about gender and sexuality that impact queer youth.
